Pre-K/ Kindergarten Program
The Kindergarten program serves children aged 5. The group size is a maximum of 20 children with 2 teachers.
The Kindergarten curriculum follows the same goals and objectives as set forth by the State of NH Kindergarten Frameworks. Math skills will use a variety of hand-on methods, such as “Math Their Way”, to encourage learning skills appropriate for kindergarten. Language Arts include many communication processes: listening, speaking, reading, writing, thinking; and viewing. Social Studies and Science skills will also use a variety of thinking and hands-on methods.
The Kindergarten teachers have over 24 years of combined experience. The Kindergarten teachers have the following experience: BS in ECE, BS in Elementary Education and are licensed by the State of NH to teach K-8.
After school Program
For Children Aged 6 to 12 Years - After School
Monday through Friday, 3 to 5:30 p.m.
September through June
Group Size – Maximum of 12 children with 1 teacher
The After School program serves children age 5 to the age of 12. The After School children join the children from the Kindergarten program. The group size is a maximum of 20 children with two teachers.
The After School program is a continuation of a child’s school day, where the atmosphere is relaxed and unhurried. Teachers encourage and assist the children with their homework assignments. Time is spent inside and outside; with a variety of activities that encourage children to explore their natural curiosity and the world around them.
Children enrolled in the After School Program discover that learning is fun and that playing and learning are inseparable.
The After School/Kindergarten teachers have over 24 years of combined experience. The After/School/ Kindergarten teachers have the following experience: BS in ECE, BS in Elementary Education and are licensed by the State of NH to teach K-8.
